Rules for sending email

Germany (DE) location cloud servers:

  •  Spam mail is forbidden.
  •  The use of our servers for illegal transactions (ddos, spoofing, spam mail, etc.) is prohibited. User Service Agreement (items 5.7 and 8.2)
  •  When you receive a spam complaint, you will be informed and asked to stop spam. If no response is received within 24 hours, the server is suspended. When spam is stopped and notified, it is re-enabled.
  •  If the spam is repeated 5 times or if there is a continuous complaint, the server is shut down. Caution: Servers shut down due to abuse will not be refunded.
  •  Tolerance level 90% (Only 10 out of 100 complaints are processed.)

 

Netherlands (NL) location cloud servers:

  •  Spam mail is forbidden.
  •  The use of our servers for illegal transactions (ddos, spoofing, spam mail, etc.) is prohibited. User Service Agreement (items 5.7 and 8.2)
  •  When you receive a spam complaint, you will be informed and asked to stop spam. If no response is received within 24 hours, the server is suspended. When spam is stopped and notified, it is re-enabled.
  •  If the spam is repeated 10 times or if there is a continuous complaint, the server is shut down. Caution: Servers shut down due to abuse will not be refunded.
  •  Tolerance level 20% (Only 80 out of 100 complaints are processed.)

 

Tip: If you are sending bulk mail, Germany location servers should be your top priority. The tolerance level is high and the complaint is received much less.
